If this will lead/contribute to a normalization between Israel and Palestine and thus the wider Arab world, we as Arabs (non-Israeli Arabs) should not pass any quick judgements or judge individual decisions as much as we might disagree in principle. Personally, if I was an Israeli Arab, I would never volunteer as long as Israel occupies the West Bank and does not recognize an Palestinian state but that is another discussion.

My belief is that the more the Israeli Arabs become active in all segments of Israeli society the more they can potentially turn the country away from the road that for instance Ultra-Orthodox Jews have taken and in a more "pro-Palestine" and "pro-Arab" direction. Or show the most extreme Zionists that Israeli Arabs can be loyal citizens and that Arabs are not monsters or whatever some of them might believe in.

On a more practical level I also believe that Israeli Arab soldiers (Bedouins as well as non-Beduins) have a lesser tendency to turn toward violence in case of a conflict situation with Palestinians.

Anyway naturally a two-state solution is the best thing currently possible.

1-the arabs who volunteer to the idf are bedouins and christians,part of the both groups that i mentioned before don't identify as palestinians.thats why they don't care about serving in the army.
