AP: Iran official cautions India over Kashmir policy

both Arabs and Iranians are very pragmatic and smart people

I have had the company of many of them, they are great listeners and very patient. they smile when I wave Islam on their faces and Atomic power and fortress of Islam and all that.
at individual and state level we have failed to sell them 2 nation theory and they see India with about 200 million Muslims and don't understand our anger and complaints of betrayal.
their dealing with Pakistanis are mostly disappointing and shameful full of lies betrayal and deceit , they term us greedy and cite corruption and inept staff and red tape while dealing with Pakistan. they cite short sided and short term greed of traders who send bogus and low

One of my Egyptian bud said it like this loads of Arabs like him see no issue in Kashmir they complain us Pakistanis are too stubborn and nationalistic when it comes to Kashmir and he was on the lines you guys got nukes already why cabt you guys get along then I bought up the whole proxy conflict that India is been doing to Pakistan still dont care again we suck at forming narratives and the stupid baradar mentality clouds our judgement And I agree both the Gulf Arab and Persians only care for their interests as @Indus Pakistan said

GoP was very fast in releasing Abhinandan and that was and is a matter of concern.
The standard SoP of GoP to brush aside criticism is to call the critique patwari and if that's not enough pull out the money laundering case of Mian Sharif and now this!
If history is written as it is happening, IK govt. will always be looked upon as bunch of idiots... at best.

GoP seems easily manupilated in this as foreign Powers wade in their influence in this war

its because of Pakistani perceived weakness that India had the boldness to make this move. Pakistan really needs to re-assess its strategy, and ask itself what it wants to sacrifice for Kashmir.

Pakistan treated their Bengali citizens like second class citizens, and india fully took advantage of that and ended eastern Pakistan.. whos fault was that?

India is a massive state with a multi-ethnic make up. There have even been open conflict between indian sub-groups (golden temple massacre of Sikhs as 1 example )

has Pakistan ever taken advantage of this? india has hundreds of millions of muslims has Pakistan ever taken advantage of this? the biggest way you could hurt india is to play the same ethnic card they played against you in Bangladesh.

do everything you can to spark ethnic unrest between the various groups. that is the biggest weakness of india. that's how you defeat india. Pakistan either hasn't gone this route, or has failed miserably trying.

and lastly it comes down to Pakistani sacrifice and willingness to go to war if necessary. If you want to keep up the conflict with india. then you need credibility. You need to increase your aggression. If an indian army shells you, You take a radical step to escalate (airstrike on an indian position). you take the lead and not just react to indian actions, and be ready for war if it comes.

when you act gun shy, and decrease your defense spending, and have a mild prime minister whos only interested in diplomacy then the Indians sense weakness, and calculate that they can get away with a move like this.

Pakistan needed to make this their red-line. and threatened open nuclear war if India made sucha move. But it never did.

Pakistan is simply losing the geopolitical game to india.

But don’t the Arabs see the Indian pellet guns, rape as a form of torture, hundreds upon hundreds of open violations taking place against Kashmiri people for decades?

It is practically a carbon copy of the Palestinian oppression, which they get pretty concerned about. That is why I think people should welcome this semi-official Iranian rebuke if India. It is going the right way. We need to build the narrative and stick by it - everyone needs to critique the Indian state for the Kashmiri people, it is not a favour for Pakistan.

.
Man--- Kashmir is not Indian constitutional matter and GCC does know what UNSC has to say about that.

I was talking in General (Canadian example was in my mind) and sure Kashmir is not India's internal matter, but their own constitution is definitely their internal matter.

This is the uncomfortable truth.

I suspect that it is the tribute given to the princes in a very ancient form but I am not allowed to elaborate (whenever I try the post vanishes like the horns of a donkey)

That is cultural and nothing to do with Arabs alone.

I know what you are talking about and I will leave it at that since the stories coming out of Balochistan and and Sindh when these royals visit for Hazbora Bastards are not very pleasant either

good post, except that all is not lost for Pakistan
e.g re Afghanistan Pakistan has made great progress and brought Taliban adn Americans together for a possible peace that has really hurt India
also regarding Iran and its agreement on Chabahar , India failed to use it as a wedge between Iran and Pakistan and Iran has repeatedly on many occasions clarified that it is not in competition with Pakistan
re Daesh, Jandullah and BLA both countries are closely aligned and Taliban have even approached Iran as they have discovered that it doesnt help to be a sectarian asshole and they have to think of entire Afghanistan ethnicities and the neighbors if they are ever going to rule Afghanistan and remove the drug lord war criminals of northern alliance thugs from Kabul.
as for GCC, yes Pakistani position is much weaker. Indians have much larger and stronger presence there
GCC wanted Pakistani soldiers blood in Yemen and some hose Pakistan dodged that demand.

Houbara Bustard (Chlamydotis undulata)

you really from Pakistan?
thanks for correcting the typo
I am from balochistan which is still Part of Pakistan thankyou

do you know Karachi?
it was Kalachi

once again nothing to do with Arabs.

The phenomenon you allude to is a worldwide Problem for governments.

Seems the muslim word isn't as United as other here seem to think. Havent seen much open public/official government support from Muslim countries about this issue, apart from Turkey and funny enough officially atheist China. The rest have been rather moderate in their response. So here again we see that geo politics is not all about religion as other here seem to wish, it's about interests for the most part.

.
Well India is guilty due to not holding referendum for decades & new move could create a very dangerous situation .. I hope India reverse its decision & let people decide for their own fate.

So this Emran Khan is just as useless as our so called president Rouhani ....?!

Is Chahbahar the reason for that?
Pakistanis and Indians care more about Chahrbahr than ourselves ....

Chahrbahr is more strategic port for us in case of total war in Persian Gulf
