SU-30 or SU-34 would be very nice.
SU-30:
The Sukhoi Su-30 (NATO reporting name Flanker-C) is a twin-engine, two-seat military aircraft developed by Russia's Sukhoi Aviation Corporation. It is a multirole fighter for all-weather, air-to-air and air-to-surface deep interdiction missions.
SU-34:
The Sukhoi Su-34 (export designation: Su-32, NATO reporting name: Fullback) is an advanced Russian 2-seat fighter-bomber. It is intended to eventually replace the Sukhoi Su-24 and the Tupolev Tu-22M.
If we have money, we might buy some European or American aircraft.
One thing we need to be careful about is how the Bangladesh government handles such expensive procurements. The MIG-29 deal some time back was a very controversial one. The tax-payer winded up paying more than the actual price of the aircraft.

Well, the Sukhois are a matter of choice definitely.
However if European aircraft are also to be considered for acquisition; then the Gripen would be a good choice. And it will have the blessings of USA who have designed the engine for it. That aircraft is a good "bang for the buck".
