The issue here is the total lack of answers by the PCB added by frankly uncomprehendable logic by the people in power in Government. The information minister would be better served doing his job which he is paid to do.


I do not even know what to say to this logic. By 1999 we had a great team and many were nurtured by Imran and other greats in the era before. The issue is basically a disregard for local talent and a run for money by the board today.

Cricket team does not consist of aliens, Pakistanis play for Pakistani Cricket team. Just as Pakistani work in govt, just as Pakistanis do polio vaccination, Pakistanis work in hospitals, govt enterprises or private enterprise. Why are we so surprised by the performance of Cricket team only, or their management, or PCB

Not very relevant in this context and irrelevant to the current decay in Cricket. But Imran Khan along with the main culprit Sarfaraz Nawaz were the key players of politics in Cricket and really embedded that into the system during their time with Pakistan Cricket.
