They don't even know what and where to change. Can't figure out amendments and issue simple notifications but want to write a whole new social contract for a deeply polarised ethnic diverse society.
Really you expect them to create a new constitution.
When our current constitution is a patchwork of laws. The current social contract between state and it's people does not reflect its relationship

There exist a spectrum of society who insist that humans must reinvent the wheel.

Government has introduced flimsy ordinances which resulted in constitutional deadlock. Its been at loggerheads with every other institution in the name of reforms.

Can't come up with singular curriculum for education but will envision a new fundamental document with less than 50 percent vote in an election with less than 50 percent participation.

Totay ka faal nahi ha constitution jo roz naya nikal lo.

PTI supporters on Friday forcibly entered the Sindh House in Islamabad after protesting outside for hours against dissident MNAs who are staying in the building.

Television footage showed PTI workers climbing over the walls of Sindh House with some of them later breaking down the doors to enter the building. They also carried lotas in protest against "turncoats".

PPP leader Sharjeel Memon termed the storming a "failure" of Islamabad police and the interior ministry, saying "we consider the attack on Sindh House an attack on Sindh province."

The way PTI federal ministers had been questioning why policemen from Sindh were deployed at the building had received their answer now, he said. He claimed that two PTI MNAs — Faheem Khan and Ataullah — were also part of the group that stormed the Sindh House.

"When they were taking such actions, Islamabad police were silent. If Sindh police was not there today, PPP MNAs who were staying inside with their families would be in danger. Imran Khan has been defeated. Now he wants a clash."

A day earlier, several MNAs from the ruling PTI, who had been 'in hiding' at the Sindh House, revealed themselves — proving that opposition claims of having won over members of the ruling coalition were indeed true.

The revelation came a day after Prime Minister Imran Khan and some cabinet ministers accused the opposition of indulging in horse-trading ahead of the crucial vote on the no-confidence resolution, disclosing that Sindh House in Islamabad had become a centre for buying and purchasing members.

Television footage showed PTI MNAs, including some women lawmakers, lounging around the spacious Sindh House, which is located right opposite the official residence of the chief justice of Pakistan.

The building is under the protection of Special Security Unit (SSU) personnel of the Sindh police.

Presence of Sindh police at Islamabad's Sindh House raises eyebrows
.
ISLAMABAD/KARACHI: The capital is witnessing unique events after the opposition Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)-led Sindh government called in the provincial police to help protect the premises of Sindh House.

Sindh House is the domain of the provincial government and as such, is always at its disposal. The same is true for Punjab House, Balochistan House and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.

But as criticism on the Special Security Unit (SSU) piled up for supposedly providing security to PTI ‘turncoats’, the special unit of the Sindh police on Thursday said its personnel had been sent to the federal capital only to participate in the Pakistan Day parade on March 23.

A spokesman for the SSU claimed, however, that only a handful of personnel were always deployed at the Sindh House in Islamabad, which was the provincial government’s administrative and residential facility in the federal capital.

“It’s nothing new,” he said when asked about the deployment of SSU commandoes at the Sindh House.

“They are always there providing security to the Sindh House throughout the year. But our commandos are in Islamabad only to take part in the Pakistan Day parade. A special contingent of 371 personnel of Sindh police comprising 182 commandos of SSU, 131 personnel of traffic police and other districts of Karachi Range and 58 personnel of Rapid Response Force (RRF) are taking part in the [Pakistan Day] parade.”

In normal circumstances, officials told Dawn that a contingent of 115 Sindh police officials performed duties at the Sindh House whereas around 228 officers and officials were deployed there as of now.

When the capital’s police and administration approached the Sindh House management on the issue, they were told the increase was due to the presence of important personalities and legislators from Sindh.

Officials said local police and administration cannot enter these houses without permission and also cannot conduct a raid there.

They said they were bound to provide vehicles to the personnel deployed at these houses for transportation, if a request is made to the federal government.

Senior police and administration officers further said that normally, it is the government that seeks assistance of police from the provinces for security measures during sit-ins and protests, but this is one of the rare occasions when an opposition party has sought law enforcement help for protection in Islamabad.

If public want Inqilab then then they should take law in hand, capture the corrupts irrespective of their political, civil, police, judges, mullahs etc. and kill them. Mob justice is only way to cleanse the nation, anyone thinking about any new system without cleanup will work is living in fools paradise.

Most of the members here support PTI but the situation is slipping out of Imran Khan's hands. The Sindh House attack failure is the latest example. There is no planning and there is nobody to act on the plans. All planning is based on media hype. There is nothing on the ground. IK will get good points on March 23 parade and OIC Conference. The daily defections will lower the morale of PTI legislators and supporters further. However, the PTI Jalsa and counter-Jalsa by the opposition will put the ball squarely into the corner of the Army.
