Land ownership requires owners being in Pakistan, having deep pockets, connections and the ability to beat the shit out of someone if they cross you

All my relatives who own land or plots in Pakistan have deep connections with PPP guys so if they get stuck then they ring chaudhary or raja sahib, they also keep filling their pockets after a while or so and this is why they are fine for now. Other than this you must be naive to buy a plot or land, even your tenant will overtake it.
