Simple answer to your question is because they don't died together at same place , same time or even belong to same force e,g BSF men get martyred in LOC firing but they aren't Indian army .

why do you even bother to respond ? whole world knows about what they are.

One died due to falling in gorge too at LOC in Uri sector.

Later we will hear this as well.

"One soldier fell on another from a high rock and he died instantly.. while the one who fell died two days later.. when some soldiers were trying to recover them both, some rocks fell on them.. two severely injured.. one succumbed after 5 days".

All are separate incidents..
