Baba Ladla is/was a notorious criminal from Liyari, one of many under the wings of PPP. it sounds like you are ... because MQM cant be matched with Liyari Gangs, MQM's ministers are still in NA assemblies ..
plus recently a old Family Friend visited my home , a Brigadier who was Captain in 92 Operation , he just told me that , just wait and watch , Karachi will soon be Different city , everyone will get caught , and i do believe that person for sure

but my only concern is that If rangers wont act in places like Liyari , Kati Pahari , Banaras , Afghan Basti , Suhrab Goat , and etc, where there are Taliban promoting their Agenda freely, they will get time to reunite ..
Eliminating MQM will put a huge effect on Karachi as we see , but we can not underestimate Gangs and their alliance with Taliban forces .. which is much more dangerous combination

thats the thing out of 600 killed or captured only 10 or so belong to MQM.. check any names or list down the encounters apart from the one on 90 that resulted in the discovery of heavy weapons..... all others are related to TTP , land mafia, Baloch groups, PPP gangsters and BLA... not sure how killing and capturing them became a war on Urdu speaking Mohajir community. in differing times APN, nawaz league and PPP has been targeted no doubt but that was never termed as attack on Punjabis, Baloch or Pashtons etc

Rangers are operating in line with how the Army handled FATA.

I completely disagree , i live in Karachi , and know the ground realities ..
they are doing good , but they are making some blunders as well , the results of these blunders you may not see right now but later you will ..

I think this is because they are the only one with such a presence across media forums.

Anything happens, they have a press conference, Altaf Hussain starts his vomit from the UK, and then they come on TV channels.

Other such criminal groups do not have such outlets to make a ruckus.

That is why, the MQM gets to make such a noise.
