Chandigarh: Pakistan spy unit ISI is setting up terror training camps in Thailand and Malaysia to recruit Punjabis, say sources. The startling revelation was made by former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh's assassin Jagtar Singh Tara during.
According to sources, Tara is also believed to have said during the investigation that the ISI has been trying to revive terror in Punjab for several years.

Tara was arrested on January 6, 2015 from Thailand by the Thai Police and was deported to India on January 16. Tara is self styled chief of Khalistan Tiger Force. He along with three others had escaped from Burail Jail in Chandigarh in a sensational tunnel escape in 2004.
