2010年1月11日,国家科技奖励大会在北京举行,中航工业沈阳所自主创新研制的某型飞机获“国家科技进步特等奖”,这已是沈阳所第4次捧得全国科技界最高奖!半世纪不懈追求、50载跨越发展,沈阳所坚持科技引领创新、能力保障创新、手段助推创新,托起了战鹰腾飞的翅膀。

从跟踪创新到自主创新——

战机设计科技引领

创新,是战机研制的始终灵魂,是飞机设计的永恒主题。50年来,沈阳所走过了一条从仿制到引进、消化吸收再创新,再到完全自主创新的道路。

“十一五”期间,沈阳所完成预研项目50多个,突破新机研制关键技术百余项,申报专利97项,其中发明61项,年平均增长率达82.7%,还掌握了新一代机总体、气动、隐身、结构的综合设计技术,气动布局设计和试验技术达到国际先进水平;创建了拥有自主知识产权的三代机材料、标准件体系,带动我国材料和冶金等基础产业的跨越和发展,摆脱了对外依赖;突破了全系统综合集成设计、多功能多模态火力/飞行/推进综合控制等多项重大关键技术;实现了飞机保障系统与飞机的“一体化”设计,由定时维修转变为视情维修,使国内飞机训练保障技术跨越式提升。

面向“十二五”,沈阳所积极融入“攻防兼备”和“近海打赢、中海防卫、远洋威慑”的空、海军战略思想,加大自主创新力度,实现由任务型向任务能力型转变;提升自主创新水平,完成先进有人/无人作战飞机研制,具备新一代战斗机的研发与试制能力。

创新的激情,源自于科学的政策、完善的制度、浓厚的氛围。为鼓励创新,沈阳所颁布实施了《预先研究管理规定》、《科技创新基金管理规定》、《科技创新大会决定》和《科技创新奖实施细则》;开展了飞行器设计大赛、科技创新大会、创新先锋评比、创新理念征集等系列活动,营造出鼓励创新、宽容失败的文化氛围。

从旧库房到重点试验室——

战机设计能力先行

工欲善其事,必先利其器。能力建设是开展型号设计和试验研究的必要手段和先决条件。研保条件建设为沈阳所劲舞苍穹,插上了傲视天宇的鲲鹏之翅。

50年前,一座三层的办公楼、五座两层小楼、25栋兵器库平房,沈阳所人在这样的环境里开始了铺摊子、搭架子的起步建设工作。经过半个世纪的艰苦努力,以国家级重点试验室、航空科技重点实验室为代表的25座布局合理、结构优化、核心能力突出的专业试验室,更使研究所的整体设计、仿真、试验、验证能力研发能力迈上新的历史高度。试验室采用全新的设计理念,并先后建成了大吨位、可实现横滚、俯仰以及倒飞全模拟的综合性多自由度燃油系统试验台;以火力/飞行/推进综合为核心理念的飞机控制工程综合试验室,使沈阳所同时开展多种型号设计、仿真、试验、测试的综合能力得到了极大的提升;试验室具有不可燃吸波材料、屏蔽大门、屏蔽模块等先进技术,填补国内空白的大型全机电磁环境效应试验室,为全行业的飞机系统电磁兼容性研究和电磁兼容性测试提供服务。

面向未来发展,沈阳所提出了“从传统的设计流程向基于数字化工程为基点的全新设计流程转变,从传统的工程设计验证体系向基于仿真的设计评估体系转变”的理念,致力于实现战斗机研制的“华丽变身”!

铅笔、尺子、计算尺……随着泛黄的日历,飞机外形设计笔描手绘的时代,已经成为沈阳所老一辈设计员的回忆。

100%三维数字化定义、500人同时设计和自主研发的国内最大的三维标注设计环境,震惊了参与国外联合设计归来的工程师。

现今,配置各类计算机设备2000多台的千兆所区网,形成了以计算机辅助设计、工程分析、型号管理为主的应用系统,开通的厂、所之间千兆光纤,成为支撑联合研制、并行设计与制造的“高速通道”。

沈阳所建立了以数字样机设计为基础、以产品数据管理为核心、以飞机研制过程为主线的我国飞机行业最大的数字化协同设计平台和数字化装配仿真中心,实现了新机研制和改进改型设计100%三维数字化建模,达到了设计、制造一体化,不仅简化了协调环节、提高了制造精度,更是打通了数字化设计和制造的道路。

今天的沈阳所,意气风发,朝气蓬勃,站在中国航空工业发展的最前沿,以跨越式发展的姿态,托起战鹰的腾飞,迎接时代的风云、民族振兴的曙光。

The naval fighter is believed to be named the J-18, which will be a stealthy variant of the J-15. It seems like that the J-15 will be the basis of future naval fighters.

SAC was always the biggest design centre of fighter in china.Although it was outclassed by CAC in recent years.but SAC is still a fighter design centre of having the real strength in AVIC.if SAC not to do a 5 gen fighter for their future . Thousands of SAC workers will be out of employment.Nation definitely would not be able to support that many unemployed from SAC.

Although everybody say that SAC J1X is only a self-raised funds project.but i believe that nation still invested the project at last.

Wrong. Naval fighter project will either by based off J-20 or SAC's J-1X design, and not remotely related to J-15 line.
