If NWFP had become part of India, Gilgat-Baltistan and azad kashmir would have also ended up in India so through kashmir and GB, india would have been in geographical continuation with you ........unlike the case of east pakistan

The mountainous terrain would've made it nearly impossible to move large number of forces and not to mention a large chance of military action from Pakistan to "seize such a moment" and try and stop Indian military advances in the region.

We saw mountainous action and mobility of indian army in kargil and how they prevailed over pak army there. Most of the Indian soldiers in 1947 , had served in FATA against tribesmen as part of British indian army and knew about mountain warfare.
Tribesmen with backing from Afghanistan , could not suceed against British Indian army, they also had no chance against India.

Nope not really, infrastructure present in Northern area could easily be damaged and destroyed and not to mention that the Indian side of Kashmir always had a better infrastructure. And well the tribesmen weren't properly equipped nor trained and at the time guerrilla warfare wasn't that well developed. And when did I say that uprising against India or involvement would happen in 1947? and you keep forgetting that because of late mobilization of Pakistan army in circa 1947-48 by the British generals played a great role in the advantage of advancements by the India army, not to mention that Pakistan army of the time was poorly equipped and had little training. Now change the scenario with a well equipped Pakistani armed forces and well trained guerrilla fighters involved in the uprising and not to mention a more "loyal to nation" General from our side.. How well would you think the Indian army could fight?.

There were three princely states within NWFP....swat, dir and amb. Pakistan would have made claims over those states, even over NWFP.......it is believable because Pakistan forcibly annexed Kalat in 1948. So i doubt that Pakistan would have supported annexation of NWFP with Afghanistan and one can not say with certain that pakistan would have opposed India's military actions in North West.

I thought Kalat was settled down between Pakistan and India as India was not ready to take Kalat under it's protection as it was far away and with negligible resources for self sustenance. And believe me Pakistan would've opposed it. Here, I see no sign of forcing of accession:
Kalat, Pakistan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

P.S: Where did you read that Kalat was forced to accede to Pakistan, would you mind giving me the sources? I'm just curious let me consult someone from Balochistan. @Irfan Baloch could you help me out?. Thanks in advance.:-)

People in AJK and G-B revolted and made it part of Pakistan. So KPK going either way didn't mean much when it comes to AJK and GB. Why FATA decided to stay with Pakistan despite no voting?

Its time to Change Afghan Policy and start Supporting Non Pashtuns there because they arent Mad about Durand Line in fact want Durand Line as Permanent Border. These Pashtuns in Afghanistan are hopeless and giving Nation in tgheir Hands wont going to help Afghanistan so better get rid of there support and start supporting Panjsheri Instead until Afghans Forgets Durand Lines once in for all.
In fact the governor of Balkh atta mohammed suggested this, he is now the number 1 target of hate for the afghans pashtuns.
