Indian filmmaker Kabir Khan of Bajrangi Bhaijaan's got an earful from Pakistani public on Karachi airport.

People asked Kabir Khan to make a movie on RAW and ask tells him "Saare Musalmaan marwa diye wahan Hindustan mein."

.
fools !!

kabir khan made 'bajrangi bhaijaan' which spoke of love, cooperation and solidarity between the peoples ( or people, since we are one ) of india and pakistan... this was a film that made people cry all over the subcontinent, including me.

what is the point of those protestors heckling kabir khan?? fine if it was some obsessively nationalist film-maker ( like madhur bhandarkar ) the heckling would be understandable, but kabir is not that.

what is the point of attaching alleged indian spies ( kulbhushan jadhav ) to those who call for unity and dialogue?? just because there is a known indian face cannot be taken as a right to heckle him.

were they hecklers ordered by someone??

'phantom' was in my mind too but kabir must have realized the futility of propagating nationalist sentiment and then made 'bajrangi bhaijaan'... the second film came after the first.

yes, as you listed, 'phantom' made some profit in its time but look at the trade figures of 'bajrangi bhaijaan' which are many times more than of 'phantom' :

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is minting money at the box office and has already crossed the Rs 150 crore mark in mere five days of its release. Now reports are that Salman, who runs a charitable organisation Being Human, plans to use the profits earned through ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ for farmer

Bajrangi Bhaijaan has grossed Rs 500 crore worldwide in record number of days, according to Eros International, the global distributor of the Salman Khan-starrer hit. The film has earned over Rs 300 crore in domestic markets and is now Bollywood's highest grosser of 2015, Eros added.
Released on July 17, Bajrangi Bhaijaan has had a roaring run at the box office so far. It crossed Rs 100 crore in revenues in the opening weekend, a record for a Bollywood movie. Bajrangi Bhaijaan crossed the Rs 150 crore milestone in just five days, according to Eros.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan has also performed well in the overseas market - it has become the highest-grossing Hindi film in the UAE, while in the UK, it has broken into the "top 10 chart".

so what do you think this indicates??

How much patience we Pakistanis have.....despite how indian extremists treat our singers/cricketers over there, we still welcome these Indians even if they made anti Pakistan film like Phantom etc
He went for some "conference" not for work in Pak industry. Pak artist come here to work and livelihood.

Different things.

However some old timers like Nasir Ud din did work in few pak films.

Whoever comes in Pakistan, either for work or for conference, is well treated regardless of his religion. We don't have likes of RSS, shiv sena and other BJP stooges over here who harass guests shamefully.

I agree,Mumbaikars especially Shiv Sena treats Pakistanis very bad, however i have never heard some bad treatment meted out to any other country. We have a flourishing tourism industry.

Pakistanis are generally welcome in other states. Some Pakistanis like Fat Adnan Sami took Indian citizenship and live in Mumbai

Sir, I appreciate that. It shows people want to see love and brotherhood. What i am trying to say is that we don't have organized bunch of people just like you have in India who are always seeking opportunity to harass Pakistani guests.

Out of this incident, we never ever even thought of harassing Indian guests.

it is true that this must be the first incident of a indian guest being harassed in pakistan... swara bhaskar is now famous with her visit to pakistan and the good time she had there :

which is why my wondering at the end of my first post if those protestors were ordered by someone.

I don't think they were ordered, those guys appears to be random people who might be frustrated when they look how India, i mean, shiv sena and other folks, treat Pakistanis.

.
the protestors didn't attack or manhandle him like what those sanghis do with foreigners on the eastern side of our border, anyways, peaceful protest is a democratic right

Indians artists were supposed to be treated extremely well while in Pakistan.

Thank God this clip has not yet gone viral in India. Otherwise all Pakistani actors working in India will have to be provided extra security
plz, expel all of them:)

now compare it with Shiv Sena and imagine had they given here, how they would have responded ---- heck they have even broke into a news channel set and recent show of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan ------
These guys protested, although they did started shouting a little bit louder then usual and yet your dude got out unheard ---- it was their patience i guess, could have simply slapped him with that chappal, it was right in his face but yet no assualt ----

they actually don'et need to see the clip --- they are extremist by mind set----don't need a clip to act like one
