Lets be honest here BCCI represents us brownies in broader terms -
If BCCI influence is gone the goras will completely take over ICC with little to no representation of us brownies -
Just look at the budget alloted to ECB for hosting Champions Trophy - India hosted two world cups with lesser budgets than that -

Lets face it BCCI is greedy and arrogant - being text book indians - it alone cannot force feed the gora block (England, Australia & RSA) imagine if it had full backing of other subcontinent cricket boards -

Well all bodies have votes and legal representation

BCCI They don't represent Pakistan NEVER did it was only our incompetent leadership in PCB that had no clue how to raise awareness on Pakistan's issues

The none initiative is why Big three was born and made cricket limited to same repeating series over and over and over again

BCCI has reiterated its opposition and has said that such a system will lead to smaller countries losing out. "The BCCI is against the two-tier Test system because the smaller countries will lose out, and the BCCI wants to take care of them," Anurag Thakur, BCCI president, had been quoted as saying in reports.
