Android users more humble and honest than iPhone users, study finds

Some/most people with iphones will tell you that they "just like iphones", "its the best", whatever. But what you will find out as the reality is that they are so insecure about their wealth, they need to show it to you...lol.

Apple users being proud and arrogant is nothing to be surprised about because the brand "Apple" was designed to be for elite class worldwide to differentiate them from the middle class. Very elite class person or a wannabe go for Apple just to show himself as being better than rest of the people around with smartphones.

Keep in mind the iPhone was out well before Android. So it really didn't have much competition in what you would call "smartphone" today (if you don't consider a non-Android Nokia phone a real smartphone). So if having a smartphone back in 2007 immediately makes you arrogant I can't see the logic. Many people with iPhones today just simply have been upgrading since then. Apple got in early and have a nice installed base. Sort of like how Volkswagen has huge marketshare in countries because they got in early. Competition may come in with a cheaper car...people keep sticking with Volkswagen...are they arrogant or just comfortable with the brand they have had no problems with.

It's a phone that costs a few hundred...it isn't a $100K+ Mercedes. It's not breaking the bank for many people...and it's not making you look like a millionaire.

iPhone is just a smart phone like any other, how can it make a person arrogant or humble?
I have used several iPhones and still using the latest one but I also Androids and rather I'm thinking to buy Google Pixel.

So iPhone makes me arrogant but then when I hold Android phone in my hand, I become humble right?

Let me rephrase. The people with arrogrant and rude behaviour normally sports "Apple" smartphone. Based on their behaviour, AI guessed the smartphone they have. Its ridiculous to think that a smartphone can make you rude or filled with pride. Its correct that iPhone doesn't break your bank but people who are in elite class or want to show them off from elite class tend to possess an iPhone. No disrespect intended for those who possess an iPhone form my side. :)

hmm...maybe it is more a country thing.

To me it's more like trying to search for elitism in people who prefer Adidas to Nike.

Guy 1: hey how come you don't buy brand X of sneaker
Guy 2: well I kind of like these sneakers and don't have any reason to switch
Guy 1: but brand X is cheaper and better
Guy 2: ok but I'm sticking with the one I have anyway. I like them.
Guy 1: elitism and arrogance!
Guy 2: WTF?

Don't you dare say anything nasty to Apple users :D
truth be told i don't hate apple its a company producing a product which has it's demand in the market.it's the few brainless loudmouth (Pakistani/saudi)users who i hate. these guys don't know jack about tech and think just because its expensive it must be superior to all other devices out there and worst thing about them is when provided with the facts about hardware instead of accepting it that apple is a mediocre phone (specs wise) they will bring in the brand/status factor .
i have met few Pakistani apple user who bought the phone just because it was the most expensive phone in the market and poor people can't buy it hence can't tarnish the brand.i hate such pride filled egoistic people not the product.
ps i accidentally quoted you in this post @Moonlight
