Sindh Assembly Approves Renaming of Sukkur Airport



Overall the provincial legislators also voted to adopt a resolution naming Sukkur airport after late Nusrat Bhutto during the 18th sitting of 32nd session, which Speaker Nisar Khuhro chaired.

According to the resolution, the Sindh Assembly should ask the federal government to name the Sukkur airport after Nusrat Bhutto.

He said Ms Bhutto had rendered huge sacrifices for Pakistan and democracy.

That nation is useless which cannot ensure that it's citizens get "Roti Kapra Makan", the least of the least rights of a citizen in any country.

60+ years and Pakistan as a nation has failed 100% in "Roti Kapra Makan" for it's citizen thanks to the public and the government. Neither the government wants to be honest to the public nor the public wants honest people to lead them in the parliament.

If a new government comes they reverse the action, then after them again if PPP or anyone comes and they change again, really, now whenever the government changes we have very imporatant issue to discuss in the parlaiment (i.e to change the name of the airports as per the mood of the government) and the World Airport Association has to update the names of Pakistani Airports also .

Pilots taking off from New York for ABC airport of Karachi and landing at DEF airport of Karachi.
