AIT is still the most plausible theory. Out of Indian theory is totally fake. And of course, northern Indian languages are part of Indo-Iranian language. Which shows that Iranian and Sanskrit came from the same source, the same people. The most plausible explanation about Indo-Aryan language is that its brought from central Asia/Iran into India by some ancestors of today's Indians.
