Today, these qualifications are so cheap that many terrorists caught have Mullah, Qari, Mufti, Hafiz, Moulvi before their names. What do you expect from a person who would look for his local God's viceroys (Mullahs) opinion first on even matters of fact and logic?

Yes, most of these terrorists use Mullah, Moulvi or some other prefix stating their religious qualification. But why is it as a society its so easy for anyone having these prefixes to command authority of religion and the population starts to submit to their wills. I am no theologian but Islam is as much a personal responsibility as others, but we allowed mullahs to be the arbitrator of our religion, and they abused it to the max.
