Honestly NO.. he does not but his team does as they keep on mining for tit bits and reporters to run for stories.. The only thing is whatever we debate about defence he has a good mix of ex and present defence folks and experts who are close friends of his to know the reality. This helps him cut a lot of speculations which we see here as we dont have access to the "decisive info".
Sadly, he is very secretive of his privileged talks. He keeps his sources and the discussion close to his heart and rarely lets any info slip. of course he switches off his journalist mind when he is with family folks

LOL no he does not have time for this..
Besides his fitness he spends most of his daytime for finalising the news he wants to reprsent and shaping the investigative reports and its directions for his team.. He is definitely not someone who would spend time online in a forum.

His team is like every other top editors... information sells.. information is breaking news.. information is TRPs.. a fast track path to promotions.. and independent reportings..

Of course i have not yet found a elliot carver of tomorrow never dies fame in india as of now.. lol..

Long ago I put up this documentary. And by next week he was blaring 'Yugoslavia Doctrine'. Defence Analyst my @$$. All he does is come to these sites and use it cook shit up.

I was wondering exactly that while watching it.

I have always found the BJP top brass to be of a different caliber to that of the Congress. Ravi Shankar Prasad was another guy I enjoyed listening to.

Off late, Barkha has

1) Lost weight

2) Is geting decent guests

3) Lets decent guests speak without interrupting

I have switched to NDTV from Times Now hence. And my expenditure on Saridon has reduced.

True she had lost weight .. but she had gne past her days of what explosive stuff she did while doing onsite reportings of Kargil time.. Yesterday intvw of Jaitley was like a refreshing winds of change for me

I agree it is unbecoming. No matter how irritated he was, the General is a role model and should not give into such statements. Doesn't suit his high office and reputation. Understandable if someone lower in stature (like Raj Thakeray) had said it. Not him.

NDTV is a place where you can actually have a meaningful debate, and not hyperbolic verbal terrorism! That channel is still more watchable even with their Congress bias, 'we the people', 'The buck stops here' are good. Arnab doesn't let anyone speak, his program is good to watch only when he is bashing some corrupt politician.
