1.Kafir literally means one who rejects or denies. In essence, I am a kafir of Christianity, Hinduism etc. You get the gist.
2. No, no where does it say that one who rejects Islam should be killed.

Qadiyanis label us muslims kafir.kafir mean denial.
Islam dont allow force conversion if a muslim did somewhere then its not fault of Islam.

1.First answer is yes you are one since you don't believe in the pointview of Islam.
2. Second answer is no. Allah has given freewill to choose for everyone not all get the message in the correct form they are forgiven for the shirk they commit as they don't have the knowledge and they would be judged based upon their actions however there are some people who gets the message in correct form still they reject it they are the ones who will be judged by Allah for the shirks they commit . However the Judgement is left to Allah and Allah alone. So we can tell but we cannot force someone to believe in our POV. And until or unless you people force us to change our religion or to not worship Allah driving us out from our home creating a security risk for us or our family or our livelihood there is no reason to kill you or harm you.
