Good video, its old and common tactic, usually employed in gorilla warfare.
In Iraq and Afghanistan, insurgents regularly use this tactic to target road conveys. Artillery shells can also be converted into IEDs.
Most of these tactics were developed during Vietnam war. Like AK-47s were also used to buried in ground, wrapped in plastic sheet and soaked in grease. Even after many years, it will be in ready to fire condition.
Artillery or mortar shells can also be set up under bodies of dead persons.

I agreed with all like bogie traps, IEDs, etc.... but never heard of it before....as genuinely it is used here as artillery piece...
rest AK 47 has huge durability

This isn't an artillery shell, but rather a 107mm rocket, which explains its accuracy despite the lack of a launcher.

are u sure about these as rockets,...? though rockets also need launcher but not normally a barrel for initial projection/guidance..like RPGs...
but these are just rounds.. still convinced that these belong to heavy gun...

Those are Direct fire support. It was not an indirect fire. If you failed your accuracy at Direct fire support, then you may as well go home...

Modern Mortar tube and Artillery piece have higher than normal accuracy, if you have a good gun crew, for a 155mm battery, I can literally sit just outside the blast radius and have the round drop in front of me. We have achieve that kind of accuracy during Vietnam war, but for indirect support, you need a spotter to spot the round for the artillery man.

Most of the inaccurate round was due to the problem with the round, such as short round, wet round or rounds that have less than enough powder, otherwise the round are quite accurate.

These are rockets; artillery shells would expel a shell casing, which wasn't the case.

Very soon a time will come, when they will consume everything in this world, and then will approach from the mountain tops.
