Afghan pashtuns are more anti-Pakistan then ANA/Tajik nexus. Afghan pashtun leaders were responsible for interfering in Pakistan since 1947. Tajiks/Farsis who just got in power after NATO invasion didn't care about Pakistan till we supported taliban (Afghan pashtuns) against them. And why should they? So they could be crushed under so called Loy Afghanistan.

I keep reading posts on PDF which put all the blame on Afghani farsis, read history.

We don't hate refugees. Let me tell you something
1. Most of these refugees (By Definition) are no more refugees: They used to go to Afghanistan if not weekly then almost on monthly basis. According to the security personnel (i spoke personally with the in-charge on border), there was one black sheep among each 1000 crossing. you need to have proper travelling docs to cross the border of another country. their proof of registration card is NOT A TRAVELLING DOCUMENT. Since the border management started "most of them who have a split family over there will start moving automatically to Afghanistan".
2. We Pakistanis need travelling docs to cross over to Afghanistan, Same should be the case for them. Not for economy or other purposes, just to keep a watch on who ever is crossing and coming over to our country what is the purpose and how long and where he is gonna stay.
3. Registered refugees are living with ease, and are not being repatriated by force, only unregistered/illegal Afghans may be deported, but they too have time till November 15, 2016 to get therselves legalized.
4. I don't know why there is a hype in the media regarding their return, so far i have seen the return has been voluntary entirely. Those who wants them to stay or in favor of giving them alternative means to stay like nationality or extended stay should keep in mind that

Refugees should be repatriated, but why I don't get is why are Pakistanis in general acting like Nazis. From the way a lot of them speak on this site, it sounds like they want to establish an SS and round up the refugees. I just don't see Pakistanis in general as being hateful people.

You are taking it wrong.

Pakistan has given countless deadlines during the last decade or so for Afghan refugees to repatriate to Afghanistan and start building it. Even now the deadline has been extended.

But at some point in time Afghnistan must stop asking for extension and start taking responsibility of her own people.

And to my mind the time has come now that they are sent back with due respect. Pakistan is a poor country and can not take burdon of 3 million + legal and illegal Afghans.

I am a Pakistani Punjabi. Unlike the majority of you, I don't hate Afghan people or their refugees. What I've noticed is that you people are like sheeple. You're all engaged in mob mentality. The thing is that you guys can't even answer why?

I'll tell you. Before APS massacre, all of you were supporting Afghan refugees, but after Peshawar School Massacre, you were upset. You were hurt. And now you are trying to match the dirty Afghans and Indians in hate. I'm sorry to say this, but Pakistanis have always had a bigger heart. I refuse to be a racist towards Afghans. I am a Muslim. I'm not going to join the hate bandwagon.


There are a lot of good Afghan refugees in Pakistan that consider themselves Pakistani. I am not going to be party to discrimination.

A lot of you guys need to grow up. Pakistanis are not vicious and ruthless. We have ideals to uphold. We are the kindest people on Earth, so when I see some of you seething with anger, it hurts my heart. There is no reason for us to behave like Afghan and Hindu government.

Perhaps If our leaders were interested in integration instead of corruption, we would not be in the predicament that we are.


I refuse to be a racist to Afghans. I know a handful personally. They are better people than the mother fuckers we have in government.

I am not a pashtun by birth though I wish to be like them. Years ago I was working on my first book which is about the Pashtun regions of Pakistan, mainly talking about Swat and South Waziristan covering two operations, the Rah e Nijat and Rah E Rast (Black Thunderstorm)... resultantly doing so much research on pashtuns and working hard to learn the ethnography and demography of the various tribes I have come to love them and consider myself one even though going by family links we have very little links.

I have much respect for Pashtuns and that is why I joined some pashtun forums on the net. What I witnessed there has scarred me for eternity and helped me develop a very negative view of Afghans in general and Afghan Pashtuns in particular. Though I still love Pashtuns the Afghans are nothing more than internet bullies and are supporting the breakup of Pakistan as a country. They abuse all other ethnicities, hate Pakistan, abuse Jinnah and insult us regularly.

They consider the Tajiks Uzbeks and Hazaras as their own and want the pashtuns of Pakistan to pull away from Punjabis Sindhis and others. Now this might seem like a usual diatribe but there is much hypocrisy in the Afghan stance and their constant blame for all problems in Afghanistan towards Pakistan. I want to be a pashtun and have spoken against biases against Pashtuns often including from urdu speakers but I can never tolerate anyone working to break my country. Afghans do not accept the durand line and believe pashtuns should join them even though the minority usually joins the majority. 33 million Afghans and 14 million Afghan pashtuns should join 180 million Pakistanis and 30 million Pakistani pashtuns. Not the other way around. But Afghans have twisted history to such an extent that they believe pashtuns cannot and should not be loyal to Pakistan.

Now lastofthepatriots you haven't seen the abuse some of the Afghan nationals have for us. If Afghans are willing to take steps to correct the relationship they are welcome. If they come to divide the country and worship India we will send them back crying like when they tried to invade Bajaur.

PS. I want relations to work and Pashtuns on both sides to progress. But I have never witnessed more hatred, even from Indians than on those Afghan forums.

These are 100 % correct observation.Real face of afghan is exposed when you actually meet them outside Pakistan or on social networking sites because then they express their inner feelings openly. Not every afghan is brave enough to bad mouth Pakistan in Pakistan infront of Pakistani people. I asked many afghan why you are living in Pakistan(hyatabad, peshwar) if you hate it that much then some of them said we mostly live in KPK and its our land lol
