So the news about the engines are true. What about the BMC factory now when will the first Altays be produced. There are litteraly M60´s right now at the border.

Yeah sounds great at first thought
but it doesn’t mean they’re going to give the engine
They should’ve given the engine in 2016 or 2017... now we are in 2020 this embargo lifting maybe is connected with navy projects
Of course I would be happy if they give the engine finally but i don’t have hope in germans

Already got a deal for 135 million dollar from Indonesian Armed Force for 18 tanks. Look like first batch acquisition since Army has asked for around 106 medium tanks. The tank is also under trial in Philippine now.

Before official Germany statement for engines and transmissions dont beleive tiwtter accounts.

Germany currently dont give engines and transmissions. So BMC can not give a date for fisrst delivery.

Mass production will be at Karasu tank palet factory. BMC's own factory which is being built in a newly developing industry zone is still ongoing. I don't know the details of whether BMC will shift production from Karasu to the new plant when it is done though.
