-Known budgets regarding these projects total 283 million liras.




- 155mm LRAP ammunition to give Firtina and Panter howitzers to reach above 40km

The name of this program is MKE Mod 274;

Munition: MKEK
Fuze: Roketsan
Firing Table: Tubitak SAGE

In 25 September 2006, At first trials of this munition in Konya/Karapinar, It has reached a range around 43750m. I do not know the current range of it after final improvements/developments.

If you pay attention to design image, The driver section is stationed in the middile of the front (As It is updated ), While turret design is looking almost same with first design image revealed (Altay with add on armours).

At design image, The add-on armours are clear When It is checked the area electronics occured...

Turkey produce many artillary ammunution but on the matter of producing 120mm tank ammunitions MKEK-Turkey imports some parts from Israel you can find about details on the annual report of MKEK of 2012
