Not exactly. This is MQMs version. Most of the people you find in their Jalsa are forced participants. Their ID cards are taken and asked to collect from the place of jalsa, after it is over. If a sincere clean up is initiated, i am very sure that many of their senior members will walk away. Yes there was a time when they had this type of support, now no more.
