We can hope for it, but considering the past experiences it can very well turn out to be shallow. MQM have people support in karachi and Hyderabad, whether they have done it by harassment is another debate.
There is no denying the fact that they have a very active terrorist wing and can act to destabilize entire sindh, Rangers and Police should be ready to do whatever is necessary to ensure people safety.
