All cattles in Bangladesh are from India - BJP leader

Let the Assamese Muslims take four wives and produce more children. This process in Assam is going on since the invasion of Bakhtiar Khilji in 1205 after which many of his Muslims and from Bengal proper gradually settled there.

They have been multiplying in number for the last eight centuries. The result is finally a Muslim majority Assam that will gladly annex with BD. After that, the Assamese Muslims will be required to adopt the one-child policy of Bangladesh.

Neither Congress nor BJP nor any other Indian political entity will allow that..nor the Indian Armed Forces..all the separation talks ended in 1947...come back down to earth..India fought a nuclear Pakistan down to a halt over Kashmir and that too a nation backed by India's immediate neighbour China, a superpower in its own right..the writ of the State is strong...even the Maoists, who are brutal and a free corridor through Nepal into China, failed

and in all probability there will be self organizing Hindu militias who take to the fight..the only way for BD to increase territory is to merge with India and make a singular state of BD within India, anything else forget it...there will be armageddon before it comes to pass

anything can happen.. "History is nothing but geography on wheels"
British left due to WWs... Pak was separated.. Ukraine… so any global/unfortunate incident can do anything..Though 70 years but Kashmir has seen ups and downs... Lets see how Dehli tackle Kashmir now.

Donot worry...my strong prediction is within 50 years modern human civilization will collapse there will be organic springing of at least a 1,000 nations all over the world protected by roaming militias on horsebacks and electric pick up trucks..the centre of civilizations will be massive hydro electric dams with vast depopulated country sides...So yes IRP, ROI,PRB will collapse but then again every single existing nation state on earth too..within 15 years AMazon rainforest will be a net producer of carbon dioxide ...then it will be truly game over...but if you think somehow ROI will collapse while IRP and PRB can smoothly increase their territories and resources, you my friend then are living in a fool's paradise...Only those high on marijuana or religious texts will think up such things..same thing for India, if ROI thinks it can just watch and smoothly annex parts of Indus Valley as IRP collapses, then they are living in a Hindutva dream

Seriously.. I mean water/crops/forest issues are more important than these mandir, nrp issues.. A water shortage may open rulers eyes.. In UK there are 100 of PhDs on water management despite abundance of water here. and we are oblivions.

I wish Subcontinentals were a bit more enlightened race with a tad bit more scientific temperment

@halupridol , do we need to educate these hapless Pakistanis and Bangladeshis about the importance of cow in our culture and religion in Assam. The hon'ble legislator may have gone overboard with some of her recent comments but she is spot on when she says that cows are revered in Assam as in the rest of the country. Goru Bihu, an inalienable part of the most important cultural and religious festival of Assam, the Bohag Bihu is dedicated to the maintenance and caring of cows before the start of the harvest season. If we look historically, wars between different mediaeval empires of Assam were averted due to our respect for cow. Even the animists in other NE states like Arunachal never ate cow beef and looked for other(tastier) alternatives like the mithun. Woke liberals like some Hindu Bengalis and Malayalis may eat it to demonstrate their opposition to the norms but don't count us amongst them.

These Bangladeshi miyas stealing our cows need to be beaten black and blue.

How can you assure a good living standard with increasing children? BD women themselves will have single child families in the near future
Bangladesh's TFR has come down a lot in the past decade, but the illegal Bangladeshis in Assam have almost twice as high TFR than us as they are under explicit orders to alter the demography here.

Those of who know have the highest of respect for the Ahom fightback...Also Ahoms created what might be termed as India's first stadium

who are these eminent people who are doing the ordering?

And water tanks and forts with intricate mazes that intrigue people even to this day, the burial sites in my place too are no short of a national treasure. Let me tell your that our Ahom kings once stopped the advancing Koch army by letting loose the cows in the frontline with the soldiers dressed up like Brahmins atop. Such was the respect of the Kochs that they withdrew the army. The battle, nevertheless, resumed much later.

Your guess is as good as mine, you got to look at the school of Islam the Bangladeshi miyas here follow, then follow the money trail..

I am so hoping MBS succeeds and bring about a Atatürk style change in Saudi Arabia....either that or Elon Musk will reduce these countries to penury ...There is a definitve shift in momentum regarding climate change and electrification around the world now...MBS understands this

According to my very very limited knowledge, there 2 different kinds of animals:
- Domestic
- Wild

Wild animals usually/sometimes/often travel from one place to another(keeping in mind their natural habitat)

Domestic animals aka cattles, well, they are called domestic for a reason.

There are ways to stop wild animals movement across the man made borders which they don't recognise - fencing/wall etc.

Domestic animals don't even travel much.

And with fences of India/Bangladesh border, it's highly unlikely that cattles are travelling from India to Bangladesh with fences.

Unless, their is smuggling of cattles.

Now, smuggling does happen but I highly doubt it happens to an extent to feed entire 150million people in Bangladesh especially with the all hard work which is required to pole vault even one cow. And on top of that, transport them to centre of BD from border areas.

All in all, I think, there is indeed some smuggling of cattles in bordering areas but most of the cows in BD are their home grown ones.

Everything he's doing is just a facade underneath their devious plans, all the more concerning when they have no dearth of resources both domestic and international. The rot sets in quite early for the kids, the school curriculum and the secondary boards too are segregated based on religion. Devoid of modern education they struggle to get employed gainfully and often take recourse to dubious means of earning their livelihood. They are importing a fake foreign culture to my state which had no presence here till some decades back.

Nah as you need oil for aeroplanes and plastics.

No current tech or anything in the future is seen to be able to totally do away with oil.

And airplane tickets will become severely more expensive..there is no unending supply of oil..even at current consumption levels it will peter out well before 2070...We are the precipice of civilization, the scientists and the much more smarter minds are not bluffing when they say that we really have no time to lose......but even if personal cars (cars and trucks under 4 tonnes GVWR say) are electrified, that will reduce global oil needs by half..we may still extend then air travel till the end of the century or the first decade of next century

Beef is overpriced in Bangladesh, the version they like is the desi goru, supposedly the tastier variety for which the smugglers are even willing to pay price with their lives. There is a well organized cattle smuggling racket here, the illegal Bangladeshi miyas living here steal them from the vast grazing fields of the fertile Brahmaputra valley, cram them up in trucks to take them to the muslim predominant border areas from where they change hands. The ones caught constitute the mere tip of an iceberg.

But economic growth will dampen cut in oil demand.

More people will be flying around and more plastics will be required to cater for the richer world - yes there will be more recycling of plastics but this won't totally negate increased demand.

There is a lot more oil out there than people think.
Saudi oil reserves have been above 250 billion dollars for last 30 years and they basically are not even bothering to explore any more as they have so much already!

Edit - Iran last year found an oil field with over 50 billion barrels of oil.
