As a pashtun, i would say non pashtun should not sing pashto songs, they cannot get the accent right and it then sounds funny.

Everyone who sings in a different language will have an accent.

except Sami Yusuf lol

Getting pashto accent right is very difficult and getting it wrong makes u sound more stupid than getting urdu or English wrong. Minute mistakes in pashto will change meaning and often make the sentence as if one is using abusive language for themselves lolz.

During their career span, one of the sisters took a two-year hiatus to pursue further studies abroad, hence some pictures show just four of the five sisters.

In 1972, towards the latter part of their musical career, the sisters started to emigrate one at a time. Male musician friends replaced them until in 1975 when they finally disbanded as the rest of the family emigrated to Canada.

These sisters were jews,
lakin jab 70's main pakistn k halat kharab hona start huay during the soviet war and mulk main jhadi culture parwan chahra to ye log migrate kar gaye,
1970's tak karachi main kafi ziada jews fmily thi. us time karachi k har road pay bars aur night clubs thay. karachi ko wohi maqam hasil tha jo akj dubai ka hai, karachi was the major port at that time..

When Karachi used to be the Dubai of this region and a favorite stopover destination for travelers. Now, it’s just a living example of how a perfect business model can be ruined into bankruptcy due to mismanagement, greed and corruption.
