After NAB, WAPDA, SUPARCO, SCO, PTA, they have successfully conquered NADRA, what's next?

I was reading a ticker on some news channel from the PM, and he said that we need the organizational capabilities of an army officer.

Aik organization jo waqayi sahi kaam kar rahi thi us main bhi fauji ghusa do.

BTW, retired personnel are already serving in NADRA, but mostly in ADM or HR roles.

They even conqured Private Sugar Mills.
i saw there Retired Leftinent and Retired Majors.
Not only security department but in other departments of mills too.

On a serious note though, I really really want to understand the logic behind this move.

Why exactly do you need to have a serving army man as chairman NADRA?

For SUPARCO, you can at least make some logic and sense out of it. Why NADRA?

NADRA was instrumental in projecting/executing the war of terror in these parts and beyond. It provided whole database dump to US intel. Perhaps with a serving sepoy, the masters will be better served without any intermediaries.
