Ajmal Kasab Sentenced to Death

The court acquitted them based on no evidence against them....or week evidence against them.....

Th case is in court..and proofs have to be submitted to court ...and Pakistani rantings on internet are not proofs admissible in India courts.

the govt has sufficient proof against them , with the recent arrests related to ajmer blast and the suspects having link with RSS , the UPA govt will probably use this to undermine the main oposition party ie the BJP which is the political wing of the RSS ,u can expect any major verdict to coincide with elections in BJP ruled states or even one year before national election .
as the same thing

If fould guilty please do it, but not the way, making his lawyer abscond before the Judge makes any Judgement, Kasab got a legal answer to his crimes... Do the same

all pakistani courts including supreame court of pakistan convect him as crimnal.and we give acsess to indian high com in islamabad and his faimly .only now matter of black warrant and finish.

.
well if indians are so true, then they must also send Ajmal to Pakistan, so that his trails can also be conducted by us

if pakistan is serious on the issue then can alo interrogate kasab on Indian soil..why do thy need it there ?

...moreover still the blame, Ajmal is Pakistani, is controversial.

Grow up man...even the Pak govt has accepted it now..wake up !!

Moreover we have many indians, who are accused of terrorist, in our jials, they must be brought into the light. Allah hamarey leadroun ko tufeeq de bs.

if they are acused of then terrorism, then please punish them according to the law of your country after trying them in your court fairly and prpving that they are the culprits.

We care for Pakistanis as much as Pakistanis care for us. Because some Pakistanis on this forum feel proud of the fact that 10 Terrorists from Pakistan killed close to 200 Indians....and flaunt it all over the internet.

.
And what are the evidence which act against him?

there was a viedeo of interogate him but sorry i don't get . one thing keep in mind if you are agree on low you should respect the courts of pakistan also not only indian courts are for justice

this what happen in last few years

On August 24, 2005 foreign officer spokesman Naeem Khan said that ‘The alleged Indian agent Manjit Singh confessed his involvement in bomb blasts in Pakistan whose all evidences were presented in court.

According to the record, he was arrested red handed during crossing the border in August 1990 near the Kasur. Nine days later, he was produced before a magistrate as ‘Manjit Singh’, a man wanted for acts of terrorism in Pakistan. Before the magistrate, Manjit confessed to his crime. Also Pakistan says he was working for the Indian intelligence agency RAW when he was arrested in Lahore
He was awarded the death penalty by the Anti-Terrorist Court in 1991, based on the original confession he had made before a magistrate. His sentence was upheld by the High Court and later by the Supreme Court. He was likely to be hanged on May 2008. The Supreme Court rejected his mercy petition in March 2006 and upheld the death sentence. President Pervez Musharraf had rejected his mercy petition on March 3.
