Yes, Hellfire is known as an "anti-tank" weapon, but they are also very good against bunkers and other fortified positions.

Yes, they can be used against India, but I doubt a handful of AH-1Zs will change the balance of power in the region. India had objected, of course, but they also have accepted this reality.

I don't know where you heard it but it was always being said that first batch will arrive by end of 2017 no where it said it would arrive the moment 2017 starts. And now the pictures are here so hopefully we are only two to three months away from getting our first batch
