Really not liking the Spartan in the middle, we have plenty of legendary warriors and martial history to draw inspiration from. That patch looks like a childish version of the USAF 867th Attack Squadron Spartan patch:

Its not necessary that new F16 or used from Jordan might be arriving. Their might be a chance that existing squadron of F16 will be replaced by JF17.
