Agencies have completed preparing lists of armed wings of political,religious parties and personnel running them in Punjab


List includes government,political party figures and people who have occupied senior political positions in the province


Agencies have been working on these lists since Dec 2013


Action will be taken soon against them​

Indeed time to cleanse Punjab of extremists and their handlers. Hats off to Federal and Punjab Govt for showing intent. However,I would be really surprised If establishment would allow any action against ASWJ,LeT and MWM.

And yes those Jamaties as well who have been caught time and again providing refuge to Taliban and AQ operatives in Punjab.

ASWJ has links with political parties particularly PML-N plus is the brainchild behind LeJ and SSP.
MWM also has a vote bank and uses that..
Not sure about the links of these two with the establishment particularly ASWJ !

Mudras need reforms. Religious education should be given in universities. Problem is the army itself has used these mudrasas for their benefits. First of all the army has to make zeor tolerance policy towards armed mudrasas and organizations.

Actually there has been some action since the beginning of Zarb e Azab. I can tell you that from personal experience. ASWJ, LeT & other such scum are remarkably quieter & actually scared compared to the time of previous army leader ship. Agencies have picked up people with out making much noise about it.
