Why the heck do you guys love to quote Times of India then?
I love Chinese Food, esp Noodles. And I can take you to the best Dim Sum places in HK, my favorite food whenever I visit there.

China has already supported a non-veto position at UNSC but any support for a full membership with veto powers is unlikely. That is how the system was built; to keep outsiders out. The US and others are extending luke warm support to India knowing well enough that China is not going to accept it.
