After Pakistan Minister’s Pulwama attack confession, India to approach International Court of Justice, seeks blacklisting of Pakistan by FATF

Although Indians are jumping up and down like donkeys over just a slip of tongue that the minister fixed in the same speech within minutes, so there is nothing to be worried about.

However, this should be an eye opener for Pakistan govt and establishment. Even on a clear slip of tongue, India is planning to go to FATF and try to get Pakistan blacklisted although its obvious that its impossible. Still they are going to try their best.

On the other hand, we have been hearing of Pakistan finding solid proofs of India's involvement in Baluchistan, APS attacks, attack on chinese consulate and what not. The question is, why hasn't Pakistan moved to FATF or any other international forum with proofs of Indian terror financing? Till when we'll keep on playing for de-escalation and peace with India when it has always been an open war?

Pakistan has these similar proofs for about 15-18 years, their scheming and acts from Afghanistan. Pakistan hands and feet are tied!!!!!

I think its a very serious matter.

India has been orchestrating terrorism in Pakistan for decades, killing thousands of innocent Pakistanis via its proxies.

India has named and shamed Pakistan in world stage to an extent that now every nation know us as a country which sponsors terrorism as it's state policy...all these UN sanctions on individuals (like Hafiz Saeed) and on groups operating out of Pakistan (like Let, JuD etc) besides FATF are testimony to that....So, If what you are stating is true...it is a shame OR utter cowardliness on Pakistan's establishment/ government's part not to highlight it in UN/international forums...why can't we approach ICJ etc?..... it seems either we don't have enough proof (hence our case is week) or we are scared of India.... in both cases it's a shame...

After the shocking admission of by Pakistan Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry on the Pakistan govt’s role in the gruesome Pulwama attack that had claimed the lives of many CRPF soldiers, India is reportedly planning to approach the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Defending the Imran Khan government in Pakistan’s National Assembly on October 28, Chaudhary had admitted the terror country’s role in the 2019 Pulwama attack.

Chaudhary had bragged saying that Pakistan gave a befitting reply to India by entering Indian territory and attacking Indian soldiers in Pulwama. On the basis of the statement made by the Pakistani Minister, India has reportedly decided to approach the ICJ. The Indian government has also indicated that Pakistan should be put in the blacklist of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

After Chaudhary’s admission, Union Minister VK Singh thanked him for vindicating India’s stand on Pulwama attacks that had claimed the lives of 40 CRPF personnel. Singh urged the Indian government to utilise his admission for getting the country blacklisted.

Pakistan’s Minister’s Statement
“Humne Hindustan ko ghus ke maara (We hit India in their home). Our success in Pulwama, is a success of the people under the leadership of Imran Khan. You and us are all part of that success,” Fawad Chaudhry had boasted in the national assembly defending the Imran Khan government before opposition. However, hours after his admission on Pulwama attack, India media outlets NDTV and India Today which are known for propagating pro-Pakistan views, provided Chaudhary a platform to clarify his statement. Retracting from his boastful statement made by him in the National Assembly, Chaudhary said that he was misinterpreted.

NIA had filed a 13,500 page charge sheet in Pulwama attack

In August this year, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had filed the charge sheet in the 14 February 2019 Pulwama terror attack naming several Pakistani nationals.

I think the Federal Minister should resign as the global press is also breaking this FIASCO. ISPR should come up with a Statement, condemning and distancing itself from the ministers personal remarks on the floor of the house.

I saw Fawad statement in complete form, it was clear he was refering Pulwama as the entire episode not just a particular event.
