After the shocking admission of by Pakistan Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry on the Pakistan govt’s role in the gruesome Pulwama attack that had claimed the lives of many CRPF soldiers, India is reportedly planning to approach the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Defending the Imran Khan government in Pakistan’s National Assembly on October 28, Chaudhary had admitted the terror country’s role in the 2019 Pulwama attack.

Chaudhary had bragged saying that Pakistan gave a befitting reply to India by entering Indian territory and attacking Indian soldiers in Pulwama. On the basis of the statement made by the Pakistani Minister, India has reportedly decided to approach the ICJ. The Indian government has also indicated that Pakistan should be put in the blacklist of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

After Chaudhary’s admission, Union Minister VK Singh thanked him for vindicating India’s stand on Pulwama attacks that had claimed the lives of 40 CRPF personnel. Singh urged the Indian government to utilise his admission for getting the country blacklisted.

Pakistan’s Minister’s Statement
“Humne Hindustan ko ghus ke maara (We hit India in their home). Our success in Pulwama, is a success of the people under the leadership of Imran Khan. You and us are all part of that success,” Fawad Chaudhry had boasted in the national assembly defending the Imran Khan government before opposition. However, hours after his admission on Pulwama attack, India media outlets NDTV and India Today which are known for propagating pro-Pakistan views, provided Chaudhary a platform to clarify his statement. Retracting from his boastful statement made by him in the National Assembly, Chaudhary said that he was misinterpreted.

NIA had filed a 13,500 page charge sheet in Pulwama attack

In August this year, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had filed the charge sheet in the 14 February 2019 Pulwama terror attack naming several Pakistani nationals.

Since two days all of Indian media is having a bonus Diwali. Never seen them so happy since China had them by the Juggler. I think the Federal Minister should resign as the global press is also breaking this FIASCO. ISPR should come up with a Statement, condemning and distancing itself from the ministers personal remarks on the floor of the house.

This is soooooo funny. India should raise this at the ICJ. We will then play gulbashan yahov’s videos and get Indian banned at FATF. This is hilarious

So basically Indians with glum and miserable faces are crying as they were after 27th February 2019.
If the Indians do believe in the misinterpreted statement of Pakistani Minister then what about the tall claims made by Ajit Doval. ...why not ask him to take action against Pakistan....also Modi is reminded....Aub Tu Rafale Bi Agaya Hey.....what's the problem now.

Happy faces tell the whole story.

just surprising how Pakistan went all peaceful after India struck Pakistan in their territory.
That’s because Bharat has collective amnesia over the IAF being humiliated, Indian Military HQ’s being pinged by the PAF to send a message and India shooting down it’s own military chopper in fear & panic after the PAF shot down at least one IAF fighter.

Seriously, the only thing you could even offer is some measly protest about the ‘location’ that Pakistan chose to retaliate in.

With respect to ‘location’ here’s the reality - regardless of the disputed nature of J&K, Pakistan struck in heavily militarized Indian controlled territory and airspace. Pakistan retaliated in broad daylight after warning India that Pakistan would retaliate, and India could do nothing to prevent it.

Shivering legs Modi said on March 02, 2019, the country is today feeling the absence of Rafale fighter jets. He said if previous governments had purchased the Rafale aircraft the outcome of the recent incidents could have been different.

Diversion is too much used tactic... We are talking about your minister's statement in Assembly... And you quote something else .. if you can't debate atleast keep reading why do you jump with nonsense... Yada raja thada praja... As the ruler thus the citizen...

As usual the Indians will continue to run around like headless chickens with their Bollywood Randi Rona.

Nothing is going to change based on an extempore speech by a politician in parliament, a speech in which said politician corrected himself almost immediately.

Trust the Bhartis to make a mountain out of a nonsensical molehill - apparently their recent diplomatic, PR and military humiliations at the hands of Pakistan & China have made them regress further into insecurity & pettiness.
Nothing need to change, Pak in grey list itself inflict 10 billion loss to Pak per year... 3 yrs in grey list 30 billion loss... Cost of using 1000 cut tactic against India... Another 2 to 3 yrs... Either you will become colony of China or bleed enough to go into civil war....
India should never be taken seriously:-

Those are Pak weaklinks... Modi is selecting one to use
The ICJ is gonna throw this out. Confessions aren't hard evidence, Indians are getting all excited over nothing.
India is ensuring that Pak wastes it's diplomatical capital in petty things... So much so that, Pak loses its leverage on important things like Kashmir....

That's not how diplomatic capital works. It's not a fucking currency.

All your comments so far have been absolutely insane.

At this point, India has a far higher chance of civil war than Pakistan, considering the amount of divisions Modi has created.

No one is buying Indian narrative anymore. Good luck to any forum they want to go. Pakistan will be out of they grey list by June 2021, Insha Allah! All we have to do is work on those 6 remaining points to show significant progress. India on the other hand has a lot of explaining to do about their $1.53 billion funding of ISIS and other terror groups.
it is advisable to act on remaining 6 points . otherwise it will be another year in grey list .

PTI is alienating more than half the country's population in opposite camp terming them patwaris and traitors along with India and doing so PTI supporter does not want to win them back with logic. Rathe PTI supporters want to oust them from Pakistan by terming them traitors, as they oppose PTI rule in the country. what s nonsense logic they have. Bragging is their weapon along with excessive arrogance and false pride. their fallacy is destroying everything vital for the progress and prosperity of this country. they think they can not make blunders which they daily do. their mistakes and blunders are now putting the country in tremendous danger.
