After Lhr, Isb, BRT comes to Multan!

how on earth you can demolish underpasses?? there were 4 underpasses in Jinnah Avenue Islamabad but still they made metro track on that without demolishing it even there was a flyover...

Thank God that you are not an Engineer

then sindh is even in worse condition even Balochistan why only Punjab should be divided in 4 bits? what about the rest? Talk about division of Sindh with sindhies and of Balochistan with balochies and they will kill you for sure....

I'm a citizen of Punjab, so I worry about my own self only. If people of some parts of Balochistan or Sindh are feeling oppressed, the all the power to them. I support the hazara province movement too.

if wishes were horses, beggars would ride. Don't worry Punjab is here to stay and specially Pindi, it will always be a Punjabi city like it has been and ever will be.

Lol. We all know who calls the shots in Pindi. We are not as vocal about a separate province as Seraikis, but will be once south Punjabis have separated. And Pindi is no Punjab. Sorry we don't wear colourful clothes and do bhangra in our fields. No offence to self-respecting central Punjabis here.

Correction it is not 90 million, it is 105 million.
But despite its vast population and size, punjab is the most developed and peaceful provinces as compared to all others.

So it isnt the size, its the performance and commitment.

South Punjab is as poor as Sindh, and Bahawalpur(which was a wealthy princely state, that paid Pakistan government's salaries for 6 months from its own treasury after the independence) is as poor and underdeveloped as Balochistan. Northern Punjab is doing well only because of the army, our culture of education and the fact that our men aren't idle and have mass migrated to UK and gulf. Once we're a separate province, we'll be even better off considering the royalties we'll get because of our coal and oilfields.

I have got nothing against proper Punjabis, but you guys need to stop acting all imperialist and treating us as your colony. As soon as Seraikistan or Hazara province gets made, a domino effect would start and Punjab would also need to break up. Most of us are sick of Lahoris treating us like kings. Period.

PS: Bahawalpuris have hinted talked about an armed uprising, if they are not freed from colonization.

Then I think you don't belong from Pindi if you can't even tell if Pindi is Punjabi city or not lol some potharis can't dont make any majority.

Yet all the MNA seats except for Sheikh Rasheed's are won by ethnic Potoharis. We don't take you guys seriously anyway, sorry lol. Even most local body seats can't be won by non-Potoharis.

Come on you this is not true at all . This colour full clothing stereotype is associated with bhapas:sick: and they are all potohari speaking, this is self hate . But after paying attention I agree with you on central punjabis at least from upper areas sounding rude when they speak in punjabi, one can see that in the jhelum video you posted when someone from Gujrat was speaking. Another stereotype I agree with is Pak punjabis (central ones) wear dull colour cloths and always have serious face.

Bhangra is not that famous but one can see that in every corner basically.

see this Phindigheb video

IK and Rasheed are not potoharis but obviously who else you expect to win in rural areas? Its like expecting potohari to win in Gujrat rural areas. We don't take you seriosly either in that case.

I was stereotyping the colourful clothes after the Sikhs. My comment was meant for this guy only, who has made shit remarks about us before as well. And that pindigheb video is very odd. I have never seen a dance like that anywhere in Potohar. They also don't look Potohari, but they might be low caste. Dance and music like that is more or less non-existent in the region. We do luddi dance only.

About Pindi, I was specifically talking about the city. Even in the city, Potoharis win the majority of seats. In Islamabad, 1 of the seats is exclusively won by Potoharis, and the other is close contested. Anjum Aqeel Khan for example is a local Potohari from Golra, and not from these imported burgers.

Potoharis are majority in Rawalpindi district. Which also include rural areas around it. Rasheed and IK won in urban Rawalpindi city. Only Islamabad is central punjabi majority but it doesn't count anyway because its federal area and quite small compared to Rawalpindi district. See this map, that green dot in potohar area is where Islamabad is located. And parties always give election tickets to locals outside urban cities.

Shahpuri isn't spoken in Talagang, and Islamabad itself is also Potohari majority. Zone 4 and 5 of Islamabad are rural and hence Potohari speaking.

Well among sikhs that colour full cloths is only associated with bhapas who are potoharis khatris.

Come on that video was from Attock, you can't call everyone low caste lol. I though luddi had its origins in India?

Anyway there are luddi dance videos as well from attock.

When I search luddi from Pakistan its just few rural wedding videos just like bhangra.

Anyway I agree with you on more provinces. But not because punjabis are stealing potohar resources, that is bs and you know it. China will build 300MW coal power plant in Jhelum and that mine only have less then 500 million tones of coal. Oil is also not much, I mean we are not talking about billion barrels or anything like that. So I wonder how much royalities one can get from oil companies. Hazara province in KPK will earn more royalities because of dams like Tarbela.

Talagang is Dhani in in that map, and Shahpuri Kushab district. At this point Islamabad urban population dwarf rural pop, Islamabad is quite small compared to Rawalpindi district so not many rural areas around it.

Why do you think its matter? There should be more provinces IMO. But that can only happen party who want more provines get elected.

Politics in Pakistan works based on ethnicity if you are Punjabi - even if you are a mass murderer, Punjabis will vote for you....Same case for Sindh ....However KPK and Baluchistan on the other hand have voted (at least once) outside their ethnicity but have still been relatively ignored

Lol what? So who voted Bhutto and his daughter in to power again and again? We do NOT vote based on a candidate's ethnicity. Go to any big city in Punjab and you will find supporters of every political party. Your statement is very unfair.

Regarding KPK, yes they have shown more maturity in elections. They have hugged and then kicked out three major parties in last three elections.

And you can't be serious if you say that Baloch's have ever voted outside their ethnicity. They have been stuck in endless game of ping pong between their very own sardars and establishment. Remember the 2008 Balochistan provincial assembly? 49 members in government and 1 in opposition.

You people even understand Pak politics or what? If PPP win in Punjab it doesnt mean they are voting for sindhis but punjabi candidates from PPP. Lol

And I was talking about who wins based on where their party is based...lets face it even PPP in Punjab have same mentality as PPP in Sindh....

We do NOT vote based on a candidate's ethnicity.
Then nooni kahan say agiyea?

CM of Punjab has been a nooni forever!

That was prob my ignorance....I shouldnt talk on Bloch issue....
