Such events shall help Greater NOIDA which is good for the area.
Whats the property price in Greater Noida like? My dad bought a plot back in 1995 for 32000 rupees.
Is it worth building a house there, or better of selling it?

Dude are you high or something today....Another idea. Plant mines inside the property and invite neighborhood boys to play inside.
KABOOM>>> KABOOMMM....
Not by much in my opinion unless the new airport comes up. There is a great deal of confusion regarding the airport project after SP came into power. Until that is clear, the property trend is difficult to predict. There is a lot of unsold stock in GN these days.
Supply exceeds the demand only for flats , not Plots.
The airport has shifted towards Mathura.
If your dad has not constructed the min amount on it he must be paying a heavy fine.
Build it ASAP.
True... But still if people don't move enmass to a new city (to its new apts and flats), the businesses will be hesitant to reach out for them. Maybe still wait it out to see the direction.
Fine is not that heavy, its around 40,000 rupees all up We already have a house in Delhi, so making another one is probably a hassle for Dad, he s retired now.
Probably hold on to it bit more. Its 2000 sq ft land, and we got offer of 30 lakhs from a real estate guy. But I reckon he is trying to rip us off.
Agree with you...but My friend saw Monaco Grand Prix Formula One and i was so jealous. I wish one day people will die to see Indian GP (not literally)...We need followers, I know we always sold the tickets to events. But that's only because people are crazy about something new and when we talk about people, we have, lol, lot of them. But where are the true followers. We need campaigns that make fans not just one time two time audience. When you have fans then you have a whole new market, new opportunities, new products.
All pdf members, start word of mouth publicity. educate people about new sports in India. (A girl in my office didn't even know we have already hosted formula 1, what a shame. Not that she does not have a TV or internet. I said 'I AM STUNNED'
