It's true that East Asians( Koreans , Japanese , Singaporean..) can blend in to Chinese society much easier.

You should know following things:

1. You should learn how and why they got in China.

2. Guangzhou has biggest black community - 300k+ population.

3. There are many success stories of black people to chase their China dreams.

4. Pursue their dreams in China is their freedom though not everyone will succeed.

5. Cultural issues limited them getting more resources and support from the society. Learn Mandarin first if you want to start your business here in China.

6. China is on the way to strengthen the management of illegal immigrant and some people have to leave China and this situation cannot deny China is an open, safe society and the land of opportunity.
