Nah. Nothing to do with their ability or willpower. The way the global economy is going, depending how much cuts they face. It will become infeasible to put a foothold, and don't forget, Afghanistan will play havoc on their willpower to stay, peace or no peace. The only peace they can ever expect in Afghanistan is 'relative' peace, and that's not good enough for a long term lay-over.You mean in 2024 .... check the latest update they wont be leaving till 2024 .
