Complete take over by Taliban they form some sort of compromise DemoIslamic government. And in time black flags from Khorasan hadith might get fulfilled.

Americans calm down for a bit. Regroup, refresh and relaunch their campaign against Afghanistan.

Good. Afghanistan needs peace more than any other country.
But The deal should have following conditions for Taliban:

1) Total ceasefire and joining a peaceful political process by Taliban. Only way they can come to power sharing is through democratic process.

2) No support to terrorism.

3) They ahould agree to presence of 4000-5000 NATO forces to assist Afghan foces in training anand capacity building

4) Stop opium production.
