Afghan govt wants IAF support to crush Taliban as fighting worsens across the country

. .
Look dude you are missing the bigger picture here. Pakistani military leadership is not stupid to go on an occupation mission anywhere, nor do we have the funds to do such adventures.
Just think about the logistics involved for such an adventure.
The Indian involvement IF it ever happens (and that is a very big if) will involve only be an air component based most probably in Bagram.
Now to neutralise this threat all Pakistan needs to do is give manpads to the local resistance and rockets to hit the base on a regular interval. You will see the Indians will be running back in no time, probably losing both their honour and much more along the way.

But the Indians although very repulsive aren't stupid either. So I can bet all my savings with you that it's never gonna happen.
Frankly though we would like to help the democratic Afghan government against the medieval Taliban, even the Americans needed logistical support through Pakistan.
It seems their is no practical way to help the Afghan government.
Why the UN route has not been examined for a peacekeeping force is a mystery ?

yes.. a democratic gov. made up of child raping warlords like dostum... great statement.

you need a reason for that..

what reason will you give?.. we need to save a tinpot gov. with zero credibility just to save them from a armed group that has bulk of Afganistan rooting for it?.

.
so new planes will motivate you to save your beleagured ally?..

Defination of a whore: One whose brain is closed shut, but whose legs are wide open.

What ally? There are no friends, only mutual interests and risk/reward based decisions. It is child like to think that perceived lack of morals will affect foreign policy decisions.

Never said this was gonna happen.. But what I said is that Pakistan will topple Ghani's weak regime within a week if such miscalculations were to occur on it's backyard which is logisitically impossible for the other side to even do anything but if it somehow happened Pakistan will end Ghani's within a week without breaking a sweat.. This much is a certainity

Sorry Mr. Ghani, can't help you this time. IAF does not have the platform to fly pass Pakistani airspace and support you. Rather we can deliver more ammunition in each of the flights to "bring back" Indians, so that you can survive and fight longer..

We would also suggest you to prepare your bomb belts and VBIED to take the fight to other side. Now that Taliban has few provincial capitals under control, why not use the same tactic to hit them back ?

I have to disagree. I feel India and Afghanistan do have good regards for each other beyond international relations. But i can't see a practical solution to how to keep the supply line open to the government.
Its unfortunate that in a few months Afghans might again be under the boot of uneducated warlords.
I hold usa totally responsible. Forced the Afghan government to release 1000s of Taliban prisoners under some shady assurances.
Withdrawal is also a military skill and the Americans totally scre...d that up.

.
dont bet on that... as we have seen when it comes to Pakistan they can become incredibily stupid
I am willing to bet.
The Hindus neither have the money, logistical route or the courage to carry out such an operation.
It's just not feasible, from a military technical point of view.

But on a personal level I really, really wish they do and I was planning on goading every good Hindu on this forum to press their government for it. But @Titanium100
Forced me in to spelling the ground reality.
