How will you identify an Afghan coal miner? The obvious target was just hazara's, 7 just coincidentally happened to be afghans.

The underlying factor is them being Hazara. They are targeted on both sides of the border.

Afghanistan is a sh*thole but Pakistan should atleast be a safeguard for them.

All afghans of all types including Hazara, pashtuns and Tajiks come to Pakistan for various reasons

Hazaras among them are least anti Pakistan in my opinion. So we lost better people among afghans
