Ok people for past few days I am watching Mr Abhijeet Iyer various interviews. Many points and arguments he has are absolutely right and some he gets wrong. But one argument which he keeps repeating or gives often is a strange one which I not only find it to be pathetic or let say horribly wrong in fact in my humble opinion it's bottom line ridiculous. That argument is about Indian pilots, basically the reason he gives for why Indian pilots keep screwing up and make serious mistakes is that he claims many Indian pilots have serious mental issues and many of them don't have good education. Therefore because of these two issues the pilots simply can't process the orders or understand the screen in front of them in modern fighter jets. For Indian pilots the screen and new technology is way more advance for them to understand

This argument of Abhijeet Iyer I simply fail to digest.

It is a disservice to many professionals the IAF has - their issue is mismanagement from everything ranging from logistics to training tools.

But to call them mentally challenged or poorly educated shows the poor caliber of the “analyst”

I would have disagreed with mr abhijeet if i hadn't seen BS Dhanoa as IAF chief

If this guy can make all the way to the top as a chief then yeah poor education seems to be an issue in IAF

Do you understand stomachache? Without going into details, he is an ISI induced Mastankahn for IAF.

Sir exactly my point. It seems he is taking out his anger which he has on IAF for some other reason this way. Indians have created business empires and are CEO of big companies and have their own silicon valley. Yes there are few retired Indian Air Force officers who talk in ridiculously insane way but still calling Indian pilots miserably educated is showing pure frustration on Abhijeet's part.

Maj. Dr. Sahwney (retd) goes even further, says they have the mental capacity of a third world rikshaw puller (put in-charge of a first world machine and told to try to fight a professional air-force that has pilots (and ground-staff) trained with 1st world forces)

on the other hand Abhijeet Iyer blames mishmash of equipment more than the pilots @SQ8
That mismatch has been done by Indians not foreigners.

Indian silicon valley is not based on innovation but on cheap labor and a gigantic domestic market.

He said India has to spend 800 billion dollars every year to be educated ...........
