im not cheerleading ne one its our bankrupt imootent neighbours job :D we just want Japan to slap the bitcch n keep where she belongs. sweatshops.

Dude, if you wish to play name-calling games on Pakistan or whatever States, they can play it too. The bottom line is the bottom line. We hold nothing against the Japs, but their Govt must apologize and admit their crimes against the others. If you wish to participate in it then please, be our guest. Denying such facts will get you nowhere.

Meanwhile, back to reality.

Judging by their performance against Americans, the imperial Japan, even at its strongest, is not gonna be a match against PRC at 1950. In the 60 years after WWII, China spent the time getting industrialized and developed a powerful domestic arms industry while Japanese spent the time getting systemically neutered by US. Nowadays, the gap between the two nation's military strength is the size of Himalayan mountain range.

Refrain from inappropriate language as in your previous post next stay on topic, this thread is not about Bangladesh or Pakistan, Finally Vietnam's government dropped the bid for any apology in the 90's.

The chance of having Japan to Apologise for their crime is nearly 0.

There are a lot of reason behind this, Japanese pride, Japanese stubbornness but most of all, those who committed the crime is LONG GONE

Same as a guy who murder many, many people, now he's dead, and you expect his great grandson (not even his son or grandson) to apologise for a crime committed 70 odd years ago. They don't even know what happen back then. Even if they do apologise, will it ever going to be the same as those man who do those crime apologising?

Most of "This generation" Japanese do not care about the war anymore, also goes with all the pride and responsibility with them. If you talk to a Japanese Person in Japan today and ask him what he feel about WW2. He/She will answer you as if he took the content of any WW2 drama out of the TV set. Which is not much.

You can hate them all you want, but they do not know anything about what happened 70 years ago. Not much China can do, yo ucan only say China become strong 70 years too late for an apologise.

Don't get me wrong, people have a conscience know what they did was wrong. But asking this Generation to apologise is impossible, you better sue them and get some money out of it. At least you can get them to admit to what they did 70 years ago

Whether the Japanese apologize is not that important. What I am concerned with is whether the Japanese will again attempt to resort to militarism as they feel that they are no longer the No.1 in Asia.

The invasion of China was step 2 of Japan's grand strategy to conquer the world. The Japanese view themselves superior to the rest of Asia and therefore have to lead the Asians to counter the western world. I am not sure that view has changed at all. The Japanese has never ceased to block China's rise through economic and diplomatic means post WWII. The Diaoyu island dispute is a prime example of Japan's attempt to draw China into a military conflict with the United States.

well, I can't say anything if you perceive this is what a Japanese look like and what do they think.

I can only say I don't see what you say in them, maybe we have met different group of Japanese. I don't know

. . .
I think China is strong enough to take Japan on, don't you think?

The level of China's education, environment protection, democracy, livelihood equipments and people's livelihood are far behind from Japan. I don't really think that China is strong enough to slap them.
