Its not unique to India, have you never seen politicians sparring in other democratic countries. Courts are rarely used to settle scores or to make a point.
The same AAP guy made an allegation of corruption against another ruling party member(now minister) and lost in a court case when the ruling party member took him to court for defamation. That is very rare though, the minister felt aggrieved enough to file a lawsuit.

You should stop using the name Hindu, when you are not one, as we know your pathological hatred for Hindus. As for the topic, AAP can allege anything,as long as it won't stand in a court it won't matter.They wanted to see the degree,they have seen it, now they claim it as fake since their lie that there was no degree was busted.
Let's see if AAP has the guts to challenge this in court and get a sound trashing back,This will only make life of AAP in Delhi miserable even more with the Center ruling them.

They wont approach courts as Arvind kejriwal was forced to apologize to Arun jaitley in defamation case by court,when he kejriwal started rumors of corruption done by Arun Jaitley.
