Imagine PAF shows six J-20s to give Indians a heart-ache, and to force them to buy F-35s while 54 more J-20s sit idle in a factory in China or a tarmac in some confidential airbase in Pakistan.

Imagine a story about a new world war. For now, the world is somewhat clearly divided into two camps, white Westerners and the rest. And the Middle East could be a central area of warfare. The Islamic world faces NATO. Most of the fighters in the Islamic world are American. If the international situation deteriorates sharply in a few years, the Islamic State will face the F-35. Who can fight the F-35 then?

Therefore, for future strategic consideration, it is possible for Middle East countries to support Pakistan to contact J20, or for China to train PAF in advance to learn the air combat tactics of the fifth-generation fighter. The J20 is designed to operate over a wide area, which is more in line with future wars in the Middle East. A small number of J20 were used to defend the F-35 from simultaneous incursions from Israel, Europe, and the Arabian Sea.

I don't think J20 is for India. There is no use putting too much pressure on India at a time when it has no obvious choice.

Pakistan will buy a Chinese 5th generation jet between 2030-2035 unless India is still operating 4+ generation jets, Pakistan would then wait till newer technologies are introduced. Upgraded J20C will be available by 2030, China is introducing cutting edge technology at rapid pace. We also have tfx/Azm to replace the f16s. Tfx engine will be a big issue, let's pray Turkey builds one by 2030.

ME wont be facing nato, and when (its no more a question of if) ww3 erupts it would be more of multiple regional conflicts happening. And Pakistan's only concern is India. The more likely situation would be conflict between china and US in SCS, with India trying to level score in Himalayas so China. Thats where PAF/PA comes in, and with all the stuff India would be facing more than it can withstand, and more importantly PLA will be fully focused on US, whereas US won't be able deploy all its military to Pacific because of Russia in Europe and NATO Commitments.

Bad order is better than no order.Even if the Americans created a white supremacist international order, it would still be better than total chaos. And when America declines, a new international order is needed. It may be hard for you to believe now, but I have a feeling that in the future India will give up their colonial mentality inherited from the British Empire and truly achieve its independence.There will be lasting peace in South Asia.

The real opposition to the United States is not to remove the United States from the throne and allow China to sit on it. But to create a new order, more equal, more civilized.

I think CAC should tailor made a single engine stealthy fighter for PAF if it is needed.
