The problem is not with the religion. The problem is with the people of Pakistan who protect these people who use religion. In Lahore when authorities tried to demolish an illegal mosque, then the people around it go against them and they were protecting these people.
Islam doesn't allow you to do illegal things. I have heard that Islam allow you to demolish illegal mosque or that mosque which is used in wrong.
