Let's analyze this, shall we? We have according to Pakistani Mullahs Nukes financed by Saudis. According to some in west Nuclear tech given to us By Turkey. Saudis and Turks both Nations are rich compared to Pakistan, but have no known nuclear assets. They were good enough to finance it for Pakistan or give us the parts needed, but just can't make it themselves. So know Pakistan is giving them what they already have.

Conclusions

Any Muslim country making or thinking of accruing nuclear tech, must be getting it from Pakistan, all other non, Muslim nuclear states had the nuclear knowledge beamed down to them From MARS. Only Muslims states share nuclear tech with each other as individually they are stupid.

The Article from ''Die Welt'' was published a year ago here, i already said that i wont believe anything till there is another source.
All this a side, Turkey doesnt need nuclear weapon as part of NATO, and having signed the NPT means this would be illegal which might lead to sanctions, hard to believe the goverment would take this risk.

It is odd for a nation like Turkey to remain non-nuclear. As a NATO beneficiary is different. But Turkey must become nuclear on her own.
