Why security forces are not taking action on this situation .. Security lapse killing people everyday

security lapse...or government lapse dear!why our government is not deploying army??and not allowing security agencies to take clear cut,shoot at site actions?

We have never tasted democracy because our institutions are weak together with the elected government.

Everytime a military dictator intervened the bureaucracy was the firs to support the Martial Law. Pretty much strange situation.

Democracy is not a magical system that sweeping it off all over Pakistan in 5 years will clean it from all the problems. Took England hundreds of years to establish a strong democratic political system in the country.

Many of us get irritated whenever there is a talk about "democracy". Democracy is not bad. Our choices and priorities are simple not good.

You are a boss in your home. Your kid under your strict jurisdiction does something wrong. World will not blame the kid but the parent/guardian who has jurisdiction over that kid.
It is simple. Point your guns where it should be at. You are pointing your guns in a wrong direction over wrong people. The problem with Pakistan is absolute poverty of good governance. This is why democracy has failed in Pakistan in all these decades since independence.

The "chowkidaar" logic doesn't fit well here! According to your own logic if the "chowkidaar" is found asleep during the duty it is not the chowkidaar to give a lion's share of blame, it is you who should get that greater blame for being an idiot who could not hire a better person to watch over his house. This is how it works!

It is a matter of simple "management". You are boss and you are responsible. The general philosophy behind blaming the superior/de jure elected bosses is to make them accountable to the people who have brought them into power. The more the accountability at the top level the greater the performance.
