Most of the students in shinkai cadet college are not from local mehsud tribe, they are from neighboring settled districts.

Making a cadet college in an area doesn't means it has to be fully filled by the local people. Does MCJ / Cdt Clg Hasanabadal / Cdt Clg Kohat etc etc means they will all be having locals, NO. Main purpose of the cadet college in such far flung undeveloped areas is to bring in the concept of education and good education, bring awareness among the people and once that starts, people from local areas after seeing such development bring more of their children in such schools. Cadet College Razmak has students from all over KPK and even some students from other provinces have enrolled too.
So kindly as per usual tricks, dont try to make an issue out of something which has no issue.
Absurd logic. The admission test for cadet college is difficult, they wont be able to take admission on the basis of merit and its fee is too much for local tribals which means they wont benefit from this cadet college. Instead of spending too much money on cadet college why not build normal schools and colleges exclusively for mehsuds with quality teaching staff? . Instead of this why not issue scholarships for those mehsuds interested in seeking education. One must remember that FATA has lowest literacy rate in Pakistan, 22%, they need exclusive attention.
Cadet college razmak was in north waziristan, like you said most of its students were from KPK......but unlike your claim it didnt accelerate literacy rate among tribesmen of razmak region, they were Oblivious to its existence.

For what you asked, that is what the govt should do, increase number of schools, provide special scholarships through HEC and other organizations so that more and more students can come out and study and become a part of the society.
Army is doing what it can do on its level.
Maliks or the Sardars or some of the more Influential people from FATA thought of something similar ? Maybe building a small Poly-Technic College over there or a High School for the children ?
Or is FATA a bit Feudal like parts of Punjab, Interior Sindh & Baluchistan too ?

lollz what a cllasic qes man . if these poor get education then who on earth will stay malik sradar vadeera khan ? man they all are anti education and they want us uneducated robots which worship them .
Yaaar lakin koi tou achaaa loggon ka khair khwaa bhi tou ho gaa unn mein seii ?
Malaks of FATA are not wealthy people like feudals of sindh and punjab neither they have control over affairs of each household........and they themselves are mostly uneducated or least educated. Actually Mullah can play more important role than malak. Both mullah party and malak party are not against education but it is also not included in their priorities...................Waisee Taimi Bhai why isn't the Civil Society of those areas inclined towards these things ?
I know an Auntie here in my neighborhood who started a school in her garage & she'd ask all the poor children from the neighborhood to come & study there. As incentive she used to give them books, stationary & lunch.
As the school grew she started asking for 'recyclable trash' from the Neighbors which she'd then sell to the Kabariyaaa & others for some money that would fund the school.
In a few years time that initiative of hers grew out of her garage to now 3 Schools where a few hundred poor children are taught, given uniforms, stationary, books & the afternoon meal - Without charging a penny to them !
